Goal: Empower employees with real-time access to pay and financial well-being tools.
Role: Product Designer (UX/UI)
Scope: Research → Conceptualization → Prototype → Usability Testing
Team: Product Managers, Engineers, Other relevant stakeholders

Primary users: Employees (hourly & full-time employees)
Secondary users: HR administrators, Large company managers
